Yes! We have GM and Ford specialists for HP tuners for OEM calibrations. Also Shawn's Tuning business Tuned by Shawn Specializes in any application you can put a Haltech Engine management system on. Yes! We do have an upcharge of $75.00 per two hour block for a remote tuner or a non-Authorized tuner. A non-authorized tuner is someone we have not vetted to operate the dyno. Dave, Shawn or a trained DRSC Employee will be operating the dyno.

• Yes, but it must be done before the 48 hour mark to allow us to schedule other customers or plan our schedules. Also recheduling before the 48 hour mark is acceptable too.
• You will have the opportunity to schedule up to 4 hours prior but if the appointment is missed or the car does not make it through the session there are no refunds.
• If you follow the steps in the schedule system will lead to a signifigant increase in success!

When you make the appointment you will be emailed the appointment details. The email will have a link to cancel or reschedule. Note this must be done 48 hours prior to the dyno.

Short answer is no - we have a waiting room and we will be offering a screen share of the dyno PC in the waiting room. Also note our waiting room is not HUGE 3-4 people max can fit on the bench. We will be happy to setup any sort of video equipment for you or take a video and send it of the final pulls.
