4SFED Mercedes 190E

Basic run down is W201 Mercedes 190e that we stuffed a BMW M52 into along with a Turbosmart 6870 and rowing gears are accomplished via a 6 speed manual borrowed from a BMW 330i

This car came to us with a stock anemic 4cyl with mechanical fuel injection and all of 60rwhp (seriously it was tough to go 65mph on the hwy. with it) and ended up leaving with 448rwhp on pump gas and 562rwhp on e85 all flawlessly controlled via a Haltech nexus r3 for the engine side and a pdm16 for the chassis side, a UC10 dash displays all functions and a key pad allows adjustable boost, launch control and a few other killer features like selectable exhaust from super sleeper silent to full on race mode straight pipe. The car was tuned by Tuned by Shawn our in house expert on Haltech engine management systems.

-custom water to air intake manifold with design ques from the b58 engine

-3d printed center counsel with charge ports/keypad mounting/dsp mounting, etc..

-factory Evo 2 exhaust tip
